Process used: 1) Installed Successfully,, 2) Signed up, Confirmed and Authorised. It takes 150-20 clicks and much longer to create a task using this add on that just opening a new tab and adding it directly on Asana web app. A few suggestions for improving UX. - Show projects list when projects selection is clicked instead of doing a manual project search - Show users list when assignee selection is clicked instead of asking for a manual search - Automatically fill task title and description from email content Your review, profile name and photo will appear publicly in Google's services. The fact that we have to search for the project and it doesn't populate the lists under the projects and you have to move into the proper list. Trello does all of this when i use it in gmail.
